Lahore: In the first Super 4 clash matches, Pakistan defeated Bangladesh in the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.
According to the International Daily News, Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 7 wickets in the first Super 4 clash. The Pakistani team easily chased down the small margin of 194-run target and thrashed Bangladesh in the first Super 4 match of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.
According to further sports news, Pakistan cricket team lost only three wickets to chase the lower score of the opponents at Lahore’s Qaddafi Stadium. Also note that it was the last match of the Pakistan leg of the Asia Cup 2023 tournament.

When asked about the team’s plan on Pak vs Bangladesh match, Babar said that the Qaddafi Stadium pitch is very favourable for bowling, but at the same time he also said that he would have elected to bat, too, if he had won the toss.
Before the start of the match, Bangladesh cricket team captain also hoped to present good cricket at display in the super stage match against “number one” team in the Asia Cup 2023 tournament after winning the toss.
On the occasion he added that “Our competition is against the number one team. He further added that our players will face the best fast bowling attack in the world,” Bangladeshi skipper Shakib said.
When the match started between Pakistan and Bangladesh, the Bangla team entered into the stadium with one change in its team, as Najamul Hasan Shantu was not included in Playing XI today.
Also note that In yesterday’s match of Asia Cup 2023, bowling all-rounder Faheem Ashraf has replaced Mohammad Nawaz in the playing XI.
The Pakistan cricket team that is led by Babar Azam in the Asia Cup’s points table in Group A scored three points and maintained a net run rate of 4.76, while on the other hand Bangladesh cricket team remains second in Group B with two points at all.
