Tokio: In the recent few days, the government of Japan has partically started diplomatic activities in Kabul, the captical of Afghanistan, the Japan foreign minister, Yoshimasa Hayashi said.
While addressing to a pressconfernce in Tokyo on Friday, the foreign minister of Japan Yoshimasa Hayashi said that Japan is resuming its diplomatic ties with Afghanistan after more than a year. He further said that after this announcement, the embassy of Japan will carry out its limited activities in Kabul.
During the pressconference in Tokyo, the foreign minister of Japan said that his country will look at different measures and option before resuming full-scale presence in Afghanistan.
It is to be remembered that after the Taliban in Afghanistan overthrew the already present system, Japan continued to provide diplomatice services for Afghanistan from Qatar.
