LAHORE: The former prime minister and current PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Friday revealed and said that he was aware of the looming danger as he broke the silence a day after being shot during an “assassination attempt.”
Imran khan was addressing to the country-wide PTI supporters from Shaukat Khanum Hospital — where he is admitted for the purpose of treatment for his injuries — a day before he was shot by an unknown person. The person who tried to shoot the PTI chairman Imran Khan was later on arrested by the Punjab Police and a video statement was also recorded from him that was aired on all the national and international media and channels.
In his address from Shoukat Khanum Hospital, he said” “I had already learned that there was a plan in place to kill me somewhere between Wazirabad and Gujrat.”
