BANNU: On Sunday, terrorist attacked the CTD office situated in Bannu Cantt due to which heavy firing was observed between the two parties.
Due to the terrorist’s attack on Bannu Cantt, the Cantt has been sealed due to terrorist infiltration into it. The locals of Bannu have reported that heavy firing was heard as a result of the clash between the terrorists and the security personnel.
Reports further say that the residents of Bannu Cantt have been requested to stay where they are and not to open their doors till further orders from the government.
There are some videos and photos circulating on social media in which the terrorist arrested the CTD govt officials and they are demanding a safe exit to Afghanistan. They further say that we are about 35- suicide persons and we need a safe airway to Afghanistan. Upon reaching Afghanistan we will free these govt officials with full safety, otherwise, we will kill them.
