Kevive: According to the latest news received by intdailynews.com, there are at least three emergency services workers killed on Saturday when they were busy on working to demine the Kherson area of Ukraine.
The sources further said that “All three selflessly served in the emergency and rescue squad of the Special Purpose Unit of the State Department of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region and performed the task of demining territories liberated from the enemy in the Kherson region,” the Zhytomyr emergency service said on its social media page on Facebook.
Before 10 months ago the Russian forces started special operation in Ukraine and now control most but not all of Kherson region, which is one of the important strategic region for Ukraine. However, in the mid of November the Ukrainian forces retook this city – including the administrative offices – and other important settlement in the region of Kherson.
After re-taking control of some parts of Kherson, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that Russian forces had heavily mined buildings and objects. The Zelennskie further said that the Russian army also done so in several other regions that Ukraine has been able to retake from the invaded army of Russia.
