LAHORE: On Wednesday, a court in Lahore approved PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry’s transitory remand when he was presented before the transitory remand after he was presented before the magistrate by the Islamabad Police.
It is to be remembered that Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader was presented today before in the court of judicial magistrate Rana Mudassir in Lahore’s Cantt.
PTI leader Fawad Chauhdry was arrested from his house on Wednesday morning, after he publicly censured the government and the ECP of Pakistan for scheming to arrest his party (PTI) charman, Imran Khan.
During the hearing of the case, the prosecution told the judge that Islamabad Police had registered a case against PTI leader Fawad. At this occasion the prosecution also requested the court to approve a transitory remand of the PTI leader.
